🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In December 1960, a military base in the Caribbean reported a bright flash observed 20 degrees above the horizon. The phenomenon was seen from the coordinates 20N 69W, but no exact distance was recorded. The observation occurred at high altitude and in the direction of 245 degrees. Although the event was logged, there was not enough information to determine its nature.
The classified report was deemed insufficient for evaluation and did not include data such as photographs, radar, or additional witness accounts. Considered options included balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena, but none were confirmed. This case remains an unresolved mystery.
