UFO in Arlington Heights Illinois

Summary

An oval-shaped object was observed in Illinois in 1960. It was described as the size of a car with blinking lights. The witness saw it descend directly to the ground, appearing and disappearing at about 15 degrees elevation. Despite being over a highly populated area, only one person saw it. The weather conditions were completely overcast with a cloud ceiling at 9000 feet.
