🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In April 1961, two U.S. officers stationed in Pakistan reported a mysterious sighting of an unidentified object over Karachi. According to the air message, the observers saw three elongated, pink-colored lights moving in formation. The officers described the movement as straight and fast, with a trajectory toward the North Star. Although the possibility of it being a rocket or satellite, such as Sputnik, was mentioned, it was never confirmed with certainty. The report was sent to multiple U.S. Air Force divisions for analysis.
The message included precise details about the time, location, and appearance of the object, suggesting a serious and coordinated observation. Despite the quality of the report, no definitive conclusion was reached. The text also mentions that the object appeared to be moving at an extremely high altitude, complicating its identification. This case is an example of how, even in the 1960s, UFO sightings generated interest and follow-up by military authorities.
