🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A 1963 report describes the observation of two aerial objects in the Pacific, near coordinates 22°27'N and 175°19'E. A sailor and two crew members reported seeing two objects, one behind the other, with a pulsating effect. They were moving at an approximate speed nine times faster than the Echo satellite, crossing the sky from north to south at an altitude of about 53 degrees. Although the sighting lasted only 10 seconds, it generated some confusion in the official evaluation. Researchers concluded there was not enough information to determine if it was a balloon, an aircraft, an astronomical event, or something unknown. The pulsation suggested a missile, but no launches were recorded on that date.
