Elliptical UFO seen in Virginia

Summary

In October 1961, a witness in Arlington, Virginia, reported seeing two elliptical objects with comet-like tails. These appeared at an altitude of 1000 feet and were observed for about 10 minutes, one in the north and one in the southeast.
