In April 1962, a sighting of an unidentified object was recorded near the coordinates 33°N 170°W. The report described the object as space-borne, moving at very high speed in a northeast direction. Although a satellite such as Echo was considered, inconsistencies in location and time prevented confirmation. The data was insufficient for a conclusive evaluation.
