UFO, Rocket found in Argentina

Summary

In September 1989, an experimental rocket measuring 3 meters in length was discovered in a remote area of Córdoba Province, Argentina. The object, 50 cm in diameter and weighing 400 kg, was buried 2.5 meters deep in salty ground. Although it did not contain explosives, its discovery sparked curiosity and mystery. Local residents reported strange occurrences since late the previous year, including UFO sightings, helicopters, and ground vehicles. Two residents found the rocket partially buried and alerted authorities. It is believed to belong to the Air Force and was later collected by specialized personnel.
