🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1962, a UFO sighting was reported in Brewster, Ohio. A farmer found metal strips on his land and sent them for analysis. Authorities considered several possibilities, including balloons, aircraft, or astronomical phenomena. Eventually, it was concluded that the strips were likely chaff, material used by military aircraft during training exercises. The official response was clear: there was no evidence of an unexplained phenomenon.
