🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1962, a witness in Granby, Quebec, observed three bright objects moving in a straight line from west to east. He described the objects as brighter than the sky background, similar to car headlights a block or two away. They emitted no sound, left no trail, and showed no changes in shape, color, or brightness. Moving at an estimated speed of 2000 mph, the objects disappeared into clouds after about 5 to 6 seconds. The observer, from inside his home, noted their elliptical shape, clearly outlined, and solid white appearance, lacking any metallic sheen. They were not identified as balloons or aircraft, and the report concluded that the data was insufficient for a definitive evaluation.
The witness, an engineering technician with university education, insisted it was not an optical illusion or atmospheric phenomenon. It was his second UFO sighting, and while he had no explanation, he was convinced it was not ordinary. The report was sent to the Foreign Technology Division of the Air Force, and the witness was informed of its receipt. This case is part of the Project 10073 records, which document unexplained sightings.
