🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1962, a witness in Eutaw, Alabama, observed a rectangular object for 22 minutes. He described a colorless object with fixed lights at the corners and thousands of twinkling smaller lights on its body. Although no sound was heard and no photos were taken, the observer noted the object moved in a zigzag pattern before disappearing at dawn. The Air Force classified it as the star Sirius, but the detailed description hints at something more unusual.
The official report suggested it could have been a helicopter, despite no air traffic being reported in the area. The sighting was reported three days after it occurred. Despite the astronomical explanation, the object's duration, motionlessness, and complex lighting raise questions about its true nature.
