🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
An air observer reported a round glowing object in February 1963 over the Pacific. The phenomenon was seen for 15 minutes and was moving northeast without changes in speed or direction. Although no photos were taken, it was considered possibly related to an ECHO satellite. The orbital nature of the object and its gradual disappearance suggested it was neither an aircraft nor a common balloon.
The classified report by the U.S. Air Force included position and course data, but the object could not be identified with certainty. The lack of additional data and the inability to verify with ECHO left the sighting without a conclusive explanation. This case is part of a series of UFO reports that reflect the uncertainty and interest of military authorities during that period.
