🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1963, a 13-year-old boy in Rydall, Pennsylvania, observed a reddish object initially mistaken for Mars. The object grew in size, reaching nearly a quarter of the moon's apparent size, and moved slowly eastward. Although the witness and his mother thought it might be a delta-wing aircraft, it made no sound and appeared to have no visible fuselage. A local air base denied having planes with such characteristics, adding to the mystery.
The official report classified it as an aircraft due to the witnesses' opinion, but the object's unusual description and behavior didn't fit conventional explanations. The lack of noise, low altitude, and the appearance of two delta wings without a body make it an intriguing case. Although no photos were taken and there was no reply to the base contact, the testimony remains a classic example of a UFO sighting with unexplained elements.
