🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1963, a witness in Syracuse, New York, observed three strange blinking lights crossing the sky. They contacted Air Defense Command, but no UFO reports were received. The lights displayed normal flight characteristics, leading investigators to classify the case as likely a balloon or aircraft. Despite the lack of photos or radar confirmation, the analysis concluded it was not an unexplained phenomenon. The report, though with transcription errors, reflects the approach of the time for similar cases.
