🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A farmer and his wife in Iowa reported a white, circular object that remained visible for nearly two hours. The object slowly moved toward the southeast, rising and falling but never moving more than a foot in any direction. Despite the long observation time, no photos were taken. Investigators concluded the object was likely Jupiter, as its position and movement matched what was expected for the planet. However, the witness noted that the object appeared to glow brighter when moving, which caused some confusion. The final assessment pointed to an astronomical explanation, although the report did not completely rule out other possibilities.
