🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1963, a witness in Vandalia, Ohio, observed two bright red lights moving quickly across the sky. The object was seen for about 30 seconds from inside a moving car, through the windshield. It was described as two light points separated by about three inches, resembling children's rulers. They disappeared behind clouds, leaving no trace or positional data. Although the possibility of an aircraft was considered, the speed and appearance didn't match typical aircraft. The report concluded it was likely an aircraft, but other explanations weren't ruled out.
