In October 1963, a civilian in Philadelphia observed an object that made an unexpected turn and vanished within seconds. The report details a 20-second duration, with a description of movement and speed that did not match expectations for an aircraft or balloon. Although the possibility of an aircraft with an electrical advertising banner was considered, it was rejected due to the rarity of such banners in the area and the object's behavior.
