🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1963, a civilian observer reported a golden spherical object crossing the sky at an estimated speed of 5,000 feet per second. The object had a diameter of 50 feet and an estimated altitude of between 5,000 and 6,000 feet. Despite being seen by one witness, there were no other sightings or aircraft activity reported in the area. The duration of the sighting was not reported, and authorities concluded it could be a meteor due to the high speed and object description. The case was deemed insufficient for further evaluation.
