🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A civilian reported in 1964 a luminous object moving north over New Carlisle, Ohio. The sighting lasted between 5 and 10 minutes and was classified as ECHO II, a known phenomenon related to satellites or atmospheric reflections. The witness described the object as a bright star, silent and with constant motion. Although no photos were taken and no physical evidence was found, the report accurately details the time, direction, and duration of the event.
