In July 1964, an officer aboard the Greek steamer *Frixos* reported observing three objects in the Pacific sky. Two appeared to be satellites, with a brightness similar to Jupiter, and displayed red and green lights on one, and red and white on the other. They moved east-west and disappeared over the western horizon. A third object, white and fast-moving, crossed the sky from southwest to northeast, passing very close to the star Vega. Although satellites were considered, the precise movement and unusual lighting raised questions.

The distance between the first two objects remained constant, suggesting a possible connection or control between them. The third object, observed two minutes later, was described as moving at high speed and at great altitude. Despite no photos or physical evidence being collected, the report was shared with multiple military and intelligence agencies, including the CIA, indicating its significance at the time.
