🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1964, a witness in Redwood City, California, reported an unidentified flying object that appeared as a series of rotating lights fluctuating between white and orange. The observer, a professional photographer and former member of the Ground Observer Corps, described the object as a glowing ring moving at around 90 mph. Despite taking photos with a 35mm Leica camera, the photographic analysis concluded there was no clear image of the object, attributing this to film flaws or duplication errors. The observation lasted about 20 minutes, and the object disappeared along the same path it appeared. Investigators concluded there was insufficient data to evaluate the phenomenon.
