🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In July 1965, a witness in Howell, Utah, reported seeing three unidentified flying objects. Two were bright blue and saucer-shaped, while the third was larger, orange, and appeared to have six legs. The witness described the objects appearing early in the morning, at about 2000 feet altitude, performing similar maneuvers: approaching, hovering, making a 180-degree turn, and disappearing. The report concluded it was a mirage, though the witness insisted they were not conventional aircraft or weather balloons. The detailed description of the objects and their movements, along with the absence of sound, raised questions about their identity.
