Summary

In July 1965, an officer at Richards-Gebaur Air Force Base in Missouri reported the sighting of two unidentified objects. According to the report, the objects appeared at a very high altitude, first over the base and then heading southeast before disappearing. The witness described the objects as reddish in color and noted that they appeared approximately 45 minutes apart. Although no photos were taken and no physical evidence was found, the report classifies the observation as ground-based and considers the witness reliability to be good.

The report details that the officer observed the objects at night, three miles east of the base. Despite favorable weather conditions, the origin of the objects could not be identified.
