Bright UFO over Puerto Rico in 1965

Summary

A witness in Aquada, Puerto Rico, reported a bright object in July 1965. The object appeared on the western horizon, moved north, and made a half-turn toward the south. The observer watched it for 15 minutes and took photos, though no clear image was captured. The object changed color and was seen twice in that period. The Air Force evaluated it as a helicopter, possibly operating from Ramey Air Force Base. No physical evidence was found, and the report concluded it was not a UFO phenomenon.
