A witness in Massilon, Ohio, reported seeing a silver circular object in July 1965. The object was observed during a clear day and rose to about 30 degrees above the horizon, remaining visible for a few minutes. The observer described it as large and not resembling a conventional airplane. Although no photos or physical evidence were collected, the report suggests it could have been an unidentified object.
The witness saw it clearly and described it as having defined edges moving upward. No sounds or changes in appearance were reported, adding to the mystery of the sighting. Although the report concludes it might have been a conventional object like a rocket or balloon, other explanations are not ruled out.
