🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1965, a 15-year-old boy in Clovis, California, observed an object that sparkled with colors like a Fourth of July sparkler. The UFO appeared for 20 to 30 seconds near the constellation Cassiopeia, shifting from green to white and then to red. The witness described it as a solid disc with fuzzy edges that faded as it moved away. Although initially thought it could be a satellite or space debris, his detailed account suggests something more unusual.
The observation occurred in a dark, clear sky with no apparent noise or movement. The boy, who used no instruments, noted the object didn't move behind anything except a streetlight. Although he didn't officially report the sighting, he mentioned other similar reports in the region. His interest in astronomy led him to notice details others might have missed, adding a personal touch to this UFO case.
