Summary

In August 1965, a civilian in Pennsylvania observed multiple unidentified flying objects with multicolored lights over a two-hour period. The sightings, lasting between 2 and 6 minutes, showed consistent level flight without noise. Despite the duration and frequency of the observations, there was no physical evidence. The official report classified the event as an aircraft with an advertising banner, although the witness insisted it was not a conventional aircraft.

The official response from Project Blue Book was clear: the phenomenon was attributed to an aircraft with advertising lights. However, the witness, along with his brother, described in detail the lights and behavior of the objects, assuring that it was neither balloons nor conventional aircraft.
