Summary

In September 1965, a 12-year-old boy in Tonawanda, New York, spotted a bright object moving rapidly across the sky. The Project 10073 report describes the object as a very bright white light observed for about 20 seconds. Although the witness estimated the duration, it is suggested that the time might have been exaggerated due to his age.
