🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1965, a witness in Tempe, Arizona, observed six white-yellowish oval-shaped objects. Two were side by side and four were together. Each object had small curved windows emitting a pinkish light. The observer described a high-pitched hum that caused a headache and a burning sensation in her ears. The objects were flying low and seemed about to land before disappearing beyond the mountains heading toward Tucson. The observation lasted four minutes.
The witness, a liquor store clerk, claimed to have seen numerous similar objects in the past four years. She mentioned having hypersensitive hearing for high frequencies, allowing her to detect UFOs before seeing them. Although the analysis found no contradictions with aerial observations, the data did not allow for a clear identification. The report highlights the strategic location of the observation under an active airway, complicating the distinction between a conventional aircraft and an unexplained phenomenon.
