🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1965, a resident of Huntsville, Alabama, reported an object that crossed the sky at an incredible speed. He described it as a bright spot of light that appeared to have "tail feathers." The observer, with experience in anti-aircraft artillery, noted that the object did not produce a sonic boom, suggesting supersonic flight. The detailed description and precise location of the sighting drew attention from military authorities.
The official report from the Air Force Department requested additional information, as the initial testimony was insufficient for a conclusive evaluation. The observer, a retired officer, explained that the phenomenon could be due to a combination of natural illumination and the glow of a jet engine. Despite conventional theories, the case remains a mystery to many UFO researchers.
