🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1965, an unidentified object was observed by crew members of an aircraft at Sawyer Air Force Base in Michigan. The object appeared as a sharply defined light that changed color from white to bright red as it accelerated. The pilots attempted to approach it for identification, but they could not establish visual or radar contact. The object disappeared quickly, leaving the observers puzzled. Although the possibility of a lost aircraft was considered, there was no confirmation of activity in the area. The description of the object and its behavior suggests it was neither a natural phenomenon nor a known vehicle.
The observation was recorded in an official report under Project 10073, detailing the object's characteristics and the event analysis. The pilots described a light that moved with agility and speed impossible for any known aircraft at that time. Despite efforts to identify it, no physical evidence or additional testimonies confirmed its nature. The report concluded that the phenomenon had no clear explanation, making it an intriguing case in the history of UFO sightings.
