🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1965, a 17-year-old boy reported an unusual aerial phenomenon while returning from basketball practice. While driving, he observed three round lights in the sky, which remained directly above him at about 300 feet. The young man stopped his car, got out, and watched the lights closely. A police officer was called to the scene and confirmed that the teenager appeared very frightened. The case was reported to Project Blue Book, but the information provided was insufficient for a conclusive evaluation.
An official letter from the Air Force requested the witness to complete a form to provide more details. Although no clear explanation was reached, the case is part of a series of sightings reported in the area that month. The government's response was typical of the time: appreciation for the report, but no definitive conclusions.
