White UFO seen in Barview Oregon

Summary

In November 1965, a white round object the size of a coin was observed in Barview, Oregon. Several witnesses, including a man using a spotting scope, reported the object moving up and down before disappearing into the clouds. The report details adverse weather conditions, with overcast skies and rain, making visibility difficult. Although five military F-104 aircraft were in the area, it was concluded they were not visible due to their altitude and weather conditions.
