In November 1965, a witness in Dallas, Texas, observed a bright object with a reddish halo in the sky. The object, described as egg-shaped or oval, appeared as large as a large aircraft. It remained stationary for an extended period, and the witness insisted it was neither a star nor the moon. The sighting occurred at an elevation of 40 degrees, oriented east of Dallas.
