CIA Response to a UFO Book

Summary

In July 1959, the CIA responded to George Patrick Wyllie, who had written about the book "They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers." The letter, addressed by Herbert Scoville, thanked his interest and mentioned that Allen W. Dulles had forwarded the book and the letter to the director. The CIA indicated they would return the book once finished. Although the text is partially damaged, the formal and appreciative tone of the institution is evident.
