🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1966, a witness in Greenville, Ohio, reported a cylindrical object approximately 25 degrees above the horizon. The object was not very bright and appeared and disappeared three times. The observer believed it was ascending because it seemed to shrink. The moon, in its last quarter, was in the same position but did not shine as brightly as the object. It was considered a possible astronomical phenomenon, although no physical evidence was found.
