🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A witness in Minnesota reported a strange object in the sky on March 20, 1966. The object had an elongated shape, similar to a star, with a greenish-blue hue and emitted a reddish glow. It was sighted at a 10-degree elevation and moved up and down, tracing a gentle circle. The observation lasted 21 minutes and was made visually from the ground.
The report notes that the object briefly disappeared from view in the area, suggesting it may have been moving quickly or changing direction. Although no photos were taken and no physical evidence was found, the testimony clearly describes the phenomenon. The report concludes that the object was not Arcturus, as initially thought, and was recorded as an unexplained case.
