🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In March 1966, a witness in Macon, Georgia, reported seeing two bright amber objects in the sky. One of them pulsed regularly, while the other maintained a steady light. Both objects were moving in opposite directions, crossing their paths. The first remained visible for 10 minutes, while the second disappeared after 4 minutes. The report includes details about the exact location and time of the sighting, as well as an evaluation by the assigned officer.
The investigator concluded that the objects could have been commercial aircraft whose solar reflections were perceived as anomalous phenomena. Despite the clear description by the witness, no physical evidence or photographs were found to support the observation. The official report suggests that the phenomenon could be explained by atmospheric conditions or perceptual errors.
