Elliptical UFO with Lights in Arkansas

Summary

A civilian observer in Arkansas described an elliptical object, about 20 feet long and 15 feet wide, dark gray or black in color. The object had between 25 and 30 small lights spaced approximately one foot apart along its bottom circumference. While driving along a road, the observer nearly collided with the object, which was hovering just a few feet above the ground. As he approached, his car's lights went out, the engine stalled, and the object's lights also extinguished. The observer had to replace a fuse and install new headlights to continue his journey.

The incident lasted less than a minute and the object vanished directly overhead. Despite the detailed account, the lack of physical evidence and the inability to confirm the phenomenon led to a conclusion of insufficient data. The report also mentions that the observer had audio tapes with a blanked-out recording area, possibly caused by magnetic interference. Although additional information was requested, it was never received, leaving the case unresolved.
