🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A 1966 report describes a bright red object seen over Macon, Georgia, that hovered in the air for five minutes before disappearing. Multiple witnesses, including a police officer and a tower operator, observed it from different locations. The object was described as a ball the size of a baseball, with no tail or trail. Although a photograph was taken, no conclusive physical evidence was found. Robins Air Force Base investigated but couldn't confirm it as a conventional aircraft. The weather was cloudy and calm, complicating further analysis. The official report concluded it could have been an aircraft, though no data confirmed this.
