In April 1966, a witness in Bradford, Rhode Island, observed a silver disk-shaped object with three blinking lights. The object appeared stationary to the east before moving south in a slight ascent and disappearing at 15 degrees elevation. The sighting lasted 10 minutes and was made using a 30-power telescope.
