Summary

In April 1966, a 23-year-old woman in Millersville, Texas, reported seeing an unidentified flying object while driving. According to her account, the shiny object appeared as the sun came out, moved alongside her car for several minutes, and then crossed the highway behind her. Although the investigator found no physical evidence or additional witnesses, the possibility of a mirage caused by sunlight reflecting off an aluminum fence was mentioned. The woman, undergoing a divorce and working as a telephone operator, seemed genuinely shaken by the experience.

The official Project 10073 report concluded that there was no clear explanation for the sighting. Although factors such as reflections and weather conditions were considered, the possibility of the object being real was not ruled out.
