🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1966, a witness in Laredo, Texas, observed a round white light that caught attention due to its size and brightness. The object showed no movement and remained visible until daylight. Although initially thought to be an astronomical phenomenon, its unusual behavior raised doubts.
The report details that the observer, a civilian, noted the light was larger than a star and sometimes brighter. Despite recording the exact location and weather conditions, no clear explanation was found. The local air base concluded there was no physical or photographic evidence, and the case remained unresolved.
