🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In June 1966, a witness in Beaver Creek, Ohio, observed an object that initially appeared like a star. However, when it turned a reddish color, the witness became alarmed and contacted the duty officer. The object remained stationary for over 30 minutes, causing confusion and curiosity. The star Altair, located at an azimuth of 100 degrees and an elevation of 25 degrees, was considered the most likely explanation. Despite the long observation, there was no physical evidence or photographs, making a definitive confirmation difficult.
