🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In June 1966, an observer in Clovis, New Mexico, reported two objects in the sky. They appeared at different times, the first to the east and the second to the southeast. Although moving slowly, they were brighter than night stars and white in color. The report included no photos or physical evidence, making precise identification difficult. The Air Force concluded they could have been satellites, but other possibilities were not ruled out. The observer's calm and unalarmed testimony adds a sense of normalcy to an event that remains mysterious.
