🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1966, a witness in Broomall, Pennsylvania, observed an object in the sky described as a bright, orange light brighter than a full moon. The object appeared to have three windows and moved slowly toward the south, gaining altitude. Suddenly, it changed direction toward the east, and as it did, its shape and color also changed. The witness noted two steady red lights, one on each side of a thin center. The object disappeared behind trees, and no photos or physical evidence were recorded.
The official conclusion of the report stated that the object could have been an aircraft, although no evidence confirmed this. The witness, a 50-year-old woman, affirmed she was sober and alert during the observation. She also mentioned that a neighbor had seen something similar the same night, though with different colors. Despite the detailed description, the report did not reach a definitive conclusion about the nature of the object.
