🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In September 1966, a witness in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, reported seeing an object in the sky. The sighting occurred between 22:35 and 22:51, when the witness called Johnsville Air Base to report an unidentified phenomenon. According to the testimony, the object appeared as a very bright white light, significantly brighter than nearby stars. Although its exact size and shape were not reported, it was noted that the object moved very little or not at all. The weather conditions were partly cloudy, slightly dimming the visibility of the stars.
The official Blue Book Project report concluded that the information provided was insufficient for proper evaluation. The witness was asked to complete an additional form, but no further response was recorded. Like many other cases from that era, this one was filed without a clear explanation. Despite the lack of physical or photographic evidence, the testimony of a single observer contributes to the vast archive of UFO sightings that continue to spark curiosity and debate.
