🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1966, multiple witnesses in West Chester, Pennsylvania, reported an unidentified flying object. While watching television, they heard a loud noise and went outside to investigate. They observed an object moving slowly from west to east on a slightly southeast course. Descriptions varied: some compared it to a bright star, others to an orange fireball, and others mentioned red and blue blinking lights. Although the object was described as larger than a shooting star, inconsistencies in the testimonies made identification difficult. The lack of physical evidence and photographs further complicated the evaluation of the case.
