🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1966, a witness in Dayton, Ohio, observed a luminous object in the northwest sky. The object remained almost stationary for 45 minutes and was described as resembling a bright blinking star. The observer, who had knowledge of astronomy, noted that no normal star exhibited such behavior. The report suggested the object might be the star Arcturus, though its position and brightness seemed unusual. There was no physical evidence or photographs, but other witnesses confirmed the sighting.
