A witness in Blooming Grove, New York, observed two objects in the sky for 15 to 20 minutes on several different nights. The objects had no defined shape and changed color between red, green, and white. Although they moved erratically, they always returned to their original position. The observation was made with the naked eye, without optical aids, and the sky was clear with excellent visibility. Investigators concluded that the objects were likely astronomical, such as Saturn and the star Miaplacidus, although this could not be confirmed due to the lack of precise azimuth information.
The description of the phenomenon does not include sounds or physical evidence, making a definitive identification difficult. However, the repetition of the observations and the description of the color changes suggest that the witness was looking at something that was not a conventional phenomenon. Despite the official conclusion, the unusual nature of the movements and colors remains intriguing.
