Summary

In November 1966, a witness in Philadelphia observed a mysterious object that approached his car. The report, part of the Blue Book project, describes a close encounter with an elliptical UFO that emitted a high-pitched noise on the car radio. The witness noted that the object hovered just a few feet from his vehicle, creating an unforgettable experience. According to the testimony, a figure resembling an alien interacted with him through telepathic communication. Although the official report concluded that the data was insufficient, the personal account is detailed and coherent.

The report mentions that the object had a reddish-white light at the bottom and the being wore shiny white clothing.
